Terms and Refund Policy

These terms apply when you use abvictoraiacademy.com or buy training from Abraham Victor AI Academy. By buying, you agree to them.

What you are buying

The Document-to-Video Training: four short modules and one bonus, delivered online. The price shown at checkout is ₦10,000, paid once. You get access after checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed by Selar. Selar’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your payment. We do not store your card details.

Your access and use

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the training for yourself and your own organisation. Please do not share your login, or copy, resell or republish the training or its materials.

What we teach, and what we cannot promise

The training shows a method for turning your documents into AI avatar videos using third-party tools, including free ones. Those tools are run by other companies and can change their features, pricing or availability, which we do not control. Your results depend on your documents and the effort you put in. We do not promise any particular business outcome.

Refund policy

If you complete the training and cannot produce your first avatar video, contact us for a full refund. To request one, email admin@abvictoraiacademy.com from the address you used at checkout and tell us where you got stuck.

Price changes

We may change the price for future buyers. A price change does not affect training you have already bought.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the training. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
