• Purchase details. When you buy through our checkout provider, Selar, you give Selar your name, email address and payment details. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can give you access. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• Account details. If the training uses a login, the username and email address you set up to access it.
• Messages. Anything you send us by email.
• Usage data. Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and similar technical data, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

• To deliver the training and give you access.
• To reply to your messages and handle refund requests.
• To keep records we are required to keep by law.
• To measure and improve our website and our advertising.

Advertising and cookies

We may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar tools. They collect information about how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed and purchases made, so that we can measure our ads and show them to people who are more likely to be interested. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide the training, handle support or refund requests, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Children

Our training is meant for business owners and managers. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
